Co-founder & COO at Integra Services, Pallav comes with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles with Indian & global corporations; recently with SIS Enterprises, and previously with Compass, Walsons, G4S. He has played a pivotal role in scaling many early-stage businesses to highly profitable business enterprise.
He has served as Board of Directors of FM companies of repute. Pallav founded Integra Services with a vision to impact quality of life of ground team and support clients for highly professional Facility Management services enabling objective measurement of entire facility operations by transforming complex operations into efficient, cost-effective, sustainable Facility operations. He studied Chartered Accountancy after graduation in Commerce.
Co-Founder & CFO at Integra. He also oversees the other management functions of the company. Ankur is a strategic finance leader with more than 2 decades of specialization in Business Finance, FP&A, M&A, Taxation & legal Complexity. Throughout his career with global MNC & Indian Start up, he has been a catalyst for organizational growth, combining a deep understanding of Market Strategy with the Agility required to navigate complex financial landscapes.
Prior to founding Integra Services, he was heading Finance at SIS group & previously with Compass & G4S. He is recognized for his prowess in implementing robust Risk Mitigation Strategies that safeguard corporate interests while ensuring strict Compliance. A passionate leader, he is dedicated to building High-Performing Teams, emphasizing continuous Team Development and Process Improvement to drive profitable growth with operational excellence. He studied Chartered Accountancy after graduation in Commerce.
Samuel is the Founding Member & Operations Head at Integra. Samuel’s background includes over 18 years of experience in the Facility Management operations. He has had various leadership roles in Operations and Client Retention Strategy at G4S, Tenon, Walsons, and most recently he was GM-Operations at Rare Hospitality-North. Samuel is responsible for managing and growing the Operations team for PAN India, developing the operating business strategy, client retention, customer service. Samuel obtained his Hotel Management degree from IHM-Gwalior.
Navpreet is Founding Member & HR Head at Integra. He is an HR expert with 20+ years of experience in the Facility Management and Service industries, having worked with organizations like Planman Technologies, G4S, Walsons, EFS, and HCL Healthcare.
He specializes in Payroll, Labour Law Compliance, and HR Operations, with a strong track record of managing large-scale workforce and ensuring statutory compliance. He is known for his practical approach and commitment to building efficient HR systems.
